Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Velissea processes, ships, and delivers orders for Aligna. By placing an order with Velissea, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

  1. Shipping Destinations

Velissea currently ships exclusively within the United States.

This includes the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and P.O. Boxes may be subject to extended delivery times, additional carrier fees, or carrier restrictions depending on coverage at the time of order.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally at this time. International orders placed in error will be cancelled and refunded.

  1. Free Shipping

Velissea offers free standard shipping on all Aligna orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Original shipping fees, if any are paid for upgraded shipping or special services, are non-refundable unless required by law.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Standard order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours from the time your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be extended due to:

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays

Payment review, fraud screening, or identity verification

High-volume promotional periods

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season, or major launches

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

Address correction requests

Severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email.

  1. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time after dispatch is usually 7 to 10 business days for the contiguous United States.

Estimated total delivery time:

Order Processing Time: 24–48 business hours

Shipping Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and remote areas, delivery may take longer depending on the carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Velissea is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our reasonable control.

  1. Carrier Delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Velissea no longer has physical control over the package.

Velissea is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Carrier service disruptions

Carrier capacity issues or operational delays

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Wildfires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other emergencies

Public health emergencies

Labor strikes or work stoppages

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts

Address changes requested after dispatch

Any other circumstance outside Velissea’s reasonable control

Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or replacement unless the package is officially declared lost by the carrier.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking information.

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier, not Velissea. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to begin showing movement after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 consecutive business days after the first carrier scan, please contact us at:

We will help review the tracking status and, when appropriate, open a carrier investigation.

  1. Shipping Address Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Before placing your order, please confirm:

Full recipient name

Complete street address

Apartment, unit, or suite number, if applicable

Correct city, state, and ZIP code

Valid email address

Valid phone number, if required by the carrier

We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, the shipping address can no longer be changed.

Velissea is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is delivered to the address entered at checkout, no refund or replacement will be issued due to an incorrect customer-provided address.

  1. Undeliverable, Refused, Or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer one of the following options after the package is returned to us:

Reship the order after the customer pays any applicable reshipping fee

Issue a refund for the product cost only, minus any shipping, return shipping, or handling fees charged by the carrier

If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

  1. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost in transit only when:

The package has not been delivered within the expected delivery window plus additional carrier investigation time, and

The carrier officially confirms that the package is lost after an investigation

Please include your order number and tracking number.

We may open a carrier investigation, which typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Velissea may, at our discretion, offer:

A free replacement, or

A refund

We do not issue refunds or replacements while a carrier investigation is still open or while the package is still within the standard delivery window.

  1. Stolen Packages And Delivery Confirmation

A package is considered delivered when the carrier tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier delivery confirmation is the official record of delivery.

Velissea is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after the carrier marks them as delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Porch theft

Packages taken from a lobby, mailbox, doorstep, or package room

Packages accepted by another person at the address

Packages misplaced by building staff, roommates, neighbors, or front desk staff

Packages delivered to the address entered at checkout when that address was incorrect or outdated

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors, household members, building staff, mailrooms, or front desk staff

Checking around the delivery area

Contacting the carrier directly

Filing a carrier claim where available

Filing a police report for suspected theft

Velissea will provide available tracking and delivery information to help you with your claim, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number

Photos of the outside of the package

Photos of the inside packaging

Photos or video of the damaged product

A short description of the issue

Damage reports submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, or without clear supporting photos or video, may not qualify for a free replacement and may be handled under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Multiple Items, Bundles, And Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items, bundle items, or more than one Aligna product, the items may ship separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Receiving one part of an order before another does not qualify the order for cancellation, refund, or chargeback. Remaining items will continue to ship within the applicable delivery window.

To request an order cancellation, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order at:

We can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered fulfillment, been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, you may request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Chargebacks Related To Shipping

We are here to help with tracking issues, delivery problems, damaged packages, carrier delays, and lost package investigations.

By placing an order with Velissea, you agree that the carrier’s official tracking and delivery confirmation are valid evidence of shipment and delivery.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened for non-receipt while tracking shows that the order was shipped or delivered, Velissea reserves the right to provide the payment provider with all relevant order and shipping evidence, including:

Order confirmation

Customer name and contact details

Shipping address entered at checkout

Tracking number

Carrier tracking history

Delivery confirmation

Delivery date and time

Delivery photo or GPS information, if available from the carrier

Customer communication history

This Shipping Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Proof that shipping terms were available before purchase

Opening a chargeback does not override this Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, or the terms accepted at checkout.
